Consultation, Mediation, Evaluations,

In addition to the workshops available to larger groups, TeamWorks also provides one-on-one or group consultations to assist with personnel or team issues.
Consultation
Initial consultation with office management/employer to assess specific workplace concerns.
Customize consultation process to whatever the workplace issues require.
One-on-one counseling for whatever personal issues employer/employee may need help with.
Mediation
Initial consultation with office management/employer to assess specific workplace concerns.

Evaluations
TeamWorks also offers individual surveys for each employee to discern the cultural climate or problems that are occurring or have occurred in the past that management may or may not be aware of.
This can include but is not limited to:
A 360 peer or management survey where each person evaluates one another from a peer standpoint.
A two-part survey from the perceptions of the employee’s personal work ethic as well as an evaluation of their team members or department as a whole.
Upon completion of the surveys, a summary report with recommendations is presented to management followed by a facilitated discussion with the entire staff to highlight the findings of the surveys with appropriate recommendations.
Creation of an updated or new annual evaluation process for staff.
Each survey can be crafted with administration to fit the specific needs of the organizational concerns and goals.
