1. Speed Communicator
• Give bottom line first
• Can sound bossy and no nonsense
• You frequently “talk while you walk”

• If you are too busy to talk, make an appointment for later.
2. Detailed Communicator
• Can overwhelm others with details
• Articulate and professional in speech
• Sounds negative at times
• You want others to get to the point

3. Quiet Communicator
• Speaks in low or monotone voice
• Words are selected very carefully to avoid conflict
• Great listeners, poor on giving feedback

• Learn to communicate in a firm and honest way.
• Show more enthusiasm when you speak.
4. Enthusiastic Communicator
• Speaks in loud volume
• Give a lot of verbal praise to others
• Talks too much at times
• Can over-exaggerate
